Jeju Air Transports 6.6 Million Passengers in H1 2026, Only Korean LCC to Exceed 1M Monthly Traffic for Six Consecutive Months

According to MOLIT data, Jeju Air transported 6.6 million passengers in the first half of 2026, a 16.5% year-over-year increase, making it the only South Korean low-cost carrier to achieve monthly passenger volume exceeding 1 million for six consecutive months from January to June. Domestic flights carried 2.37 million passengers (up 14.7%), while international routes transported 4.23 million passengers (up 17.5%). The airline's load factor reached 90.8% (domestic 93.6%, international 89.3%), surpassing the Korean LCC industry average of 88.3%.
