Japan's Commercial Crude Oil Inventories Decline 320,605 Thousand Liters for Week Ended July 25

According to the Japan Petroleum Association (PAJ), Japan's commercial crude oil inventories declined by 320,605 thousand liters to 10.8845 million kiloliters for the week ended July 25. Refinery BPSD utilization rate fell to 88.7% from 89.6% the previous week.
