Israeli Military Issues Evacuation Warning to 9 Lebanese Villages on May 16

According to Jin10, on May 16, Israel's Defense Force issued evacuation warnings to nine villages in southern Lebanon, ordering residents to withdraw at least one kilometer ahead of planned airstrikes targeting locations linked to alleged Hezbollah violations of a ceasefire agreement.

Earlier that day, an unmanned aerial vehicle believed to have been launched from Lebanon triggered an alarm in Israel's Mount Meron region. The IDF stated the incident concluded without casualties.
