FactBlock Announces Gaia Phone Buyer Compensation Program Offering 1.94 Million Won Per Unit on July 28

FactBlock announced on July 28 a compensation program for Gaia Phone buyers who haven't received their devices, offering approximately 1.94 million Korean won (around $1,330) per unit. The company stated it is independently funding the program without cooperation or contribution from Gaia, the actual manufacturer.

Eligible buyers are those who pre-ordered and paid for devices between August 30 and September 27, 2025, through Gaia's official platform but have not yet received their units or refunds. The application period runs from July 28 to August 11, and approved recipients will begin receiving compensation starting August 18. Applicants must submit proof of purchase, payment information, wallet addresses, and receiving account details.
