According to CCTV, on July 13, the EU Council decided to impose sanctions on 4 Russian individuals and 5 entities. The targeted individuals and entities will have their assets frozen in the EU, and EU citizens and companies are prohibited from providing them with funds. The individuals are also banned from entry to or transit through EU territory.
