According to Elon Musk in an interview with The Economist, money could become largely irrelevant by 2036 as artificial intelligence and robots create a world of extraordinary abundance. Musk argued that people primarily need money to obtain goods and services, but advances in AI and robotics could eventually allow society to produce more goods and services than people are able to consume, potentially reducing the importance of traditional currency.

Tesla owns approximately 11,509 Bitcoin, while SpaceX holds about 18,712 Bitcoin, with their combined holdings worth close to $2 billion at a Bitcoin price of roughly $65,000.
