DSRV Expands Africa Digital Infrastructure Strategy, Partners with Ethiopia

According to DSRV, the blockchain infrastructure company announced on July 7 plans to expand digital infrastructure cooperation with Ethiopia and other African nations, building on its experience in Madagascar. DSRV will participate in the 'Ethiopia x K-Digital Connect 2026' forum on July 15 in Seoul, hosted by the Korea Fintech Industry Association, to discuss collaboration frameworks.

The company previously conducted a pilot program on Madagascar's digital agriculture voucher system with support from the Korea-World Bank Partnership Fund. DSRV co-CEO Seo Byung-yoon stated the company aims to leverage its African experience to establish Korea-led digital infrastructure export models through public-private partnerships.
