Doosan Bobcat Q2 2026 Operating Profit Seen Down 12.99% as North American Housing Slows

According to Union Infomax, Doosan Bobcat is expected to report Q2 2026 operating profit of 180.6 billion KRW, down 12.99% year-over-year, while revenue is projected to decline 0.92% to 221.65 trillion KRW. The operating margin is forecast at 8.1%, down approximately 1.1 percentage points from the prior year period.

The earnings deterioration is primarily driven by weak demand in North America's residential construction sector, where housing market conditions remain challenging. However, growth in non-residential segments, particularly data center construction and infrastructure investments, is expected to provide some offset to the residential decline.
