CleanSpark (CLSK) disclosed on Tuesday a 20-year lease agreement with an unnamed high-investment-grade global technology company for its Sandersville, Georgia data center campus, worth $6.6 billion in contracted revenue. The lease includes two optional five-year extension periods that could bring total value to $11.6 billion.

The tenant will deploy 175 MW of critical IT load, with deliveries expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027. The deal is expected to generate an average annual net operating income contribution of approximately $330 million. An additional letter of intent covers CleanSpark's Texas portfolio spanning 718 acres with up to 885 MW of power capacity across its Sealy and Brazoria campuses.
