The rules include: (1) provide action on the first line, (2) use numbering for multi-step tasks, (3) state current progress each round, (4) give specific times and quantities, (5) limit lists to 5 items maximum, (6) retain only necessary information, (7) suppress tangents proactively, (8) clearly state next steps, (9) remove pleasantries and redundant summaries, (10) avoid empty closings like 'hope this helps.'
