BNB Plus Corp. Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice, Moving to OTCQB on July 14

According to Foresight News, BNB Plus Corp. (ticker: BNBX) received a delisting determination from the Nasdaq Hearing Panel on July 13 due to sustained non-compliance with the exchange's $1 minimum bid price requirement. Trading will halt on Nasdaq and resume on the OTCQB market on July 14 under the same ticker symbol.

The company has applied for review before the Nasdaq Listings Qualification Panel but stated that the delisting determination will remain in effect during the review process.
