Beijing Lianjia Expands 'Neighborhood Open Days' to 67 Communities, Boosting Viewing Turnout 2.6x Since Late March

On July 25, Beijing Lianjia expanded its 'Neighborhood Open Days' initiative to 67 residential communities, including Huilongguan, Wangjing, Wudaokou, and other neighborhoods. According to the company's data, communities hosting open days saw average viewing volume increase 2.6 times on event days.

The program combines home viewing with on-site renovation consultations and community experience tours. Visitors inspect furnished units, tour renovation projects featuring identical floor plans, and consult with interior designers on feasibility and cost estimates. During neighborhood tours, attendees witness local amenities, public services, and community atmosphere. Lianjia reported that participants in neighborhood open days achieved a 7-day closing rate approximately double that of non-participants.
