According to blockchain security firms PeckShield and CertiK, cross-chain bridge Allbridge paused its Core protocol on July 19 after an attacker stole approximately $1.65 million from its Solana liquidity pools using a flash loan attack. The attacker borrowed $1.12 million from Solana lending protocol Kamino and executed rapid stablecoin swaps to distort the pools' internal pricing, then swapped $2.24 million in mispriced USDC and bridged the funds to Ethereum. Allbridge urged liquidity providers to withdraw from affected pools and asked traders who profited from the resulting price imbalance to return funds to a designated address for LP compensation.
