1inch Co-Founder Anton Bukov Exits Operations After November 2025 Dismissal, Launches Second Tier

1INCH-4.50%

According to X posts and 1inch's official response, Anton Bukov, co-founder of the decentralized exchange aggregator 1inch, was dismissed in late November 2025 after advocating for management restructuring. Bukov remained absent from day-to-day operations starting December 2025.

Despite his departure, Bukov retains a 50% stake in 1inch but holds no operational authority over product architecture, protocol security, or management decisions. Co-founder Sergej Kunz confirmed the change will not disrupt 1inch Network's infrastructure or development roadmap. Bukov has since launched a new venture, Second Tier, with collaborators sharing his vision.
