【07：30】储局议息按兵不动，预期今明年各减息1次；中东冲突导致油价月内累计上涨近50%，联储局主席鲍威尔强调，如果看不到通胀取得进展，就不会考虑减息。他料能源价格上升将推高整体通胀预期，当前最重要的是降低商品通胀率。鲍威尔发言后，道指曾挫800点。道指收市跌768点，报46225点，标普指数挫1.36%，纳斯达克下跌1.46%。
