Midday market action, after experiencing a sharp morning decline, has entered a narrow-range oscillation and repair phase, with repeated back-and-forth between bulls and bears, maintaining an overall bearish structure.

From a technical perspective, price is currently trading between the lower and middle Bollinger Bands, with the middle and upper bands continuing to diverge downward, indicating that the downtrend dominated by bears remains unchanged. The lower band moving sideways suggests that short-term downward momentum has weakened somewhat, temporarily entering consolidation. After obtaining support near previous lows, price has gradually recovered and is currently testing the key zone repeatedly. If it can hold steady in the current area, it will launch a rebound toward the middle band; if it comes under pressure and falls back, it will likely test the previous low support again.

Operationally, we continue to follow the strategy of buying on dips and selling on rallies, focusing on breakthrough performance at key zones. If the lower support area rebounds and consolidates, light long positions can be taken with targets toward short-term resistance levels; if the upper important resistance is rejected on rebounds, high short positions can be established with targets toward support levels.
