Institutional digital asset management has advanced to a new level. Cactus Custody announced a new MPC solution, and it's quite interesting.

As a custody service under Matrixport, Cactus Custody holds a Hong Kong TCSP license and serves large clients like RedotPay and Fosun Wealth Holdings. What these institutions seek is not just simple storage but multi-layered security considering risk matrices and operational flexibility. This new solution clearly addresses those needs.

Technically, it combines Intel SGX TEE with a risk management engine, sharding the private keys using MPC-TSS. In other words, it completely eliminates single points of failure while ensuring asset sovereignty from a risk matrix perspective. It feels like a step beyond traditional custody solutions that rely on trust.

CEO Daniel Lee also mentioned that this approach aims to enable institutional investors to manage their assets more autonomously and flexibly. Balancing risk matrix optimization with technical security is honestly challenging. Especially in this market environment, both institutions and individuals are seriously reevaluating their asset management risk matrices.

Hong Kong's licensing system is also a strength, and having reliable infrastructure like this is beneficial for the entire digital asset market. Movements around institutional solutions like this are worth paying close attention to at Gate.
