Apple Changes Leadership: Tim Cook Steps Down as CEO



Starting September 1, 2026, Apple’s management will be transferred to John Ternus, a company veteran with 25 years of experience. Tim Cook, under whom the market capitalization reached $4 trillion, will become the executive chairman of the board and focus on global policy.
