$CHZ These past couple of days have performed well, already breaking through the previous resistance level of 0.044 that I emphasized to everyone.
This coin's shakeout is quite fierce, retracing from its high earlier this year by 50%, then rising again from 0.030 to around 0.044. In my view, this movement is normal. Looking at CHZ on the daily chart, it rose from 0.026 to around 0.060, doubling in value, and it was already rising before the fan coin sector even started to heat up. So, a 50% correction after a big rise at high levels is normal. Whether it's KOLs or retail investors, the discussion and attention are quite high, naturally leading to a heavy trading volume, with a sharp drop and time washing out the less committed chips.
From the monthly chart perspective, CHZ's movement hasn't followed the typical stair-step decline seen in most altcoins. Instead, it has been consolidating sideways for several months, which is a classic accumulation phase. So, after this shakeout, there will likely be another wave of market activity.
Fan coins follow a four-year cycle; regardless of the overall market trend each year, fan coins tend to move independently.
Buy when no one is paying attention, sell when everyone is talking loudly.
