just saw that Alight's CEO Dave Guilmette stepped down at the end of last year and Rohit Verma took over in early 2026. pretty big leadership change for the company. Verma's got solid experience though - came from Crawford & Company and previously worked at Zurich and did consulting at McKinsey and Deloitte. so the Alight CEO transition is already a few months in at this point. stock was sitting around $1.98 when the news broke. interesting to see how a new CEO reshapes things in the human capital tech space
