#GateSquareAprilPostingChallenge #GateSquareAprilPostingChallenge is on fire right now, and everyone is fighting for that reward. But let’s cut the noise and talk straight about Ethereum (ETH) – the king of altcoins, but for how long?
ETH’s Current Numbers:
· Price stuck between $3,000 – $3,500
· Gas fees are lower, but still painful for small traders
· L2s are growing, but UX isn’t there yet for mass adoption
The Real Competition:
· Solana is faster and cheaper
· BNB Chain has better ecosystem incentives
· Avalanche is quietly eating market share
Where ETH Is Losing:
· New users don’t want to learn about gas or L2 bridges
· Big money is rotating into BTC and high-performance L1s
· Hype is shifting away from “old DeFi”
Where ETH Still Wins:
· Most secure L1 for institutional money
· Deepest liquidity in DeFi
· Dencun upgrade = long-term bullish for rollups
My Final Math (The Hisab):
If ETH breaks **$4k within 6 months** → bullish continuation to $6k–$7k.
If not → dominance will slowly shift to faster chains.
My move: Accumulate on dips near $2,800–$3,000, but don’t go all in.
