EU Confirms U.S. Social Media Platform X Has Paid €120 Million Fine

Odaily Planet Daily reports that on the 18th local time, European Commission spokesperson for Digital Economy Thomas Renié confirmed that the U.S. social media platform X has paid the €120 million fine issued by the EU last December before the deadline and submitted a rectification plan for its “Blue Check” verification feature.
