The "Xiaoming" in Your Heart and the "Inquiry of the Way" Chapter
These past few days’ operations are really frustrating. It’s like my inner novice is causing trouble. Yesterday, I shouldn’t have bought, and today Hemei surged early in the morning along with electricity stocks—any beginner would know to sell! My inner novice suddenly gained magical control over me, telling me to wait a bit longer! I jumped a few points in the morning, then it plummeted 10 points and lost everything! Also, on the first day of the US hitting Iran, I had planned to go all-in on oil and gas stocks, but the plan changed at the last minute. I bought a little of Keli, thinking it could hit the daily limit the next day. But the next day, Keli surged then pulled back, hitting a low point, and my inner novice told me to sell! Why did my inner novice suddenly appear? That’s also a sign of my immaturity—when it rises, I think it will go up; when it falls, I think it will go down! I haven’t let my experience and judgment in the market take the lead!
Knowing my weaknesses and mistakes, and working hard to improve is the right way to raise my level!
I focus mainly on first boards; I should study first boards and continuous boards more. Other areas don’t yield much, and I haven’t learned well enough, so I haven’t mastered first boards either. I should concentrate on studying first boards and continuous boards!
Questioning section
First Board: What kind of stocks have the potential for continuous boards? High premium rate! What conditions must be met? Some sectors follow trends and are not suitable for quick trading—must understand this!
I make decisions based on news and chart patterns, not on new themes that are not in the back row.
Continuous Boards: Based on market conditions, see if it’s a new theme, and judge whether it can ferment based on experience! Is there anticipation? Can it become a sentiment stock or a breakout stock? Only with a deep understanding of the market environment can I do this!
Catch low points midway and rely on my own market summaries.
What conditions must be met to trade?
Themes: Previously traded themes, sudden news stimuli, but I feel there’s no subsequent news fermentation, so I’m not optimistic! No new themes, old themes rotate, and there’s always a day of decline!
New themes are best! They should also be imaginative! Sectors driven by super news, national policies, domestic and international news events, new technologies, price increases, etc.! Use experience to operate, and keep summarizing! The trading cycle is often hard to judge!
“Light death”: For example, last year’s parade theme, and this year’s Nvidia conference! Both were pre-emptively hyped, then sold off as the date approached!
Experience in analyzing new themes: Confirm whether a theme can be traded. You don’t even know which is best. Watch the bidding—those who place aggressive orders, 10 meters away, are hard to buy at 20 or 30 meters!
Some new themes are weak in the morning but strengthen during the day!
Bidding, opening price, market trend, intraday trend—all need continuous summarization. Make rational judgments based on market conditions!
Self-questioning: Have you really studied seriously? Maybe you only ask others, but that’s ineffective! You need to summarize and think more! Why does it rise well? Why does it fall? Find the reasons.
You also enjoy listening to teachers’ lectures. Each teacher’s explanation is different, so you will definitely improve, but sometimes you might also be led astray! The market is the best teacher. Summarizing each day’s process is a compulsory course! Have you done it?
Everyone’s luck is different. The more you learn, the more you might suddenly realize something. Maybe you haven’t made much progress, but you know to rest more when the market isn’t good! You can still make money every year!
History always repeats itself astonishingly. Most people still lose money in this market. If you’ve studied for a long time but still haven’t found the right method, it’s better to stop asking others. Delisting is the true enlightenment!
This section, many people keep sending me private messages, crying for help when they lose money. I really don’t have that ability. When I buy, I’m not sure it will rise. If I were sure it would go up, I’d definitely be full position every day, not half! I also make basic mistakes and want to find a big shot to teach me! I suffer if I don’t buy stocks for a day. Actually, I’m really in pain too. There are so many opportunities in the market—why can’t I understand it? When I lose money, I suffer and want to shout for help! But unfortunately, the only one who can save you in this market is yourself!
Today I lost money again! Feeling bad!
