Today’s biggest regret is it. I predicted it, it was in the pattern at open, then after 10:00 it didn’t涨停, almost all sold off, sigh. The pattern is limited, knowledge and action are not aligned, but at least it’s a pattern, progress, worth praising! Next time, hold the pattern longer, be confident in your cognition, don’t panic in the market, keep going!

· Index performance: Shanghai Composite down 0.26%, Shenzhen Component up 0.19%, ChiNext up 1.41%. The three major indices initially declined in the morning, then rebounded strongly in the afternoon driven by tech stocks, with ChiNext leading the gains.
· Trading volume remains high: total turnover in Shanghai and Shenzhen markets is 2.33 trillion yuan, down 77.4 billion from the previous trading day. Although slightly reduced, the liquidity at the 2.3 trillion level is enough to support a structural行情.
· Sentiment significantly recovered: over 2800 stocks rose in the entire market, ending the streak of multiple days of decline where over 3000 stocks fell. Today, 63 stocks hit涨停 (excluding ST), with 6 stocks on连板, and a封板率 of 65%. However, the亏钱效应 still concentrates in previously strong sectors.

· 3连板: Sanfangxiang (chemical). Today’s one-word涨停, up 33.33% cumulatively, the only high标 in the chemical sector still active.
· 2连板/强势股: Shunna股份 (9 days, 5 boards), Chitianhua (7 days, 4 boards), Dixin Communications (5 days, 3 boards).
· Risk warning: 猛补跌在高位的股票。前期5连板的中南文化触及跌停，人气股豫能控股跌停，大市值标的中国电建跌停、中国能建跌超8%，绿电、煤炭板块成为杀跌重灾区。

2. 海洋经济/深海科技（政策驱动）：**盘中走强。驱动源于《求是》杂志文章《推动海洋经济高质量发展》强调经略海洋。**东方海洋、神开股份、海洋王涨停。题材偏向事件驱动，持续性有待观察。先看作套利！
3. 航运港口（午后异动）：**午后放量拉升。驱动源于SCFI指数一周大涨14.85%，远洋航线运价全面上涨。**招商南油、海航科技涨停，机构席位净买入招商南油1.20亿。
4. AI硬件（事件驱动）：**受GTC大会开幕刺激反复活跃。**卓郎智能、金安国纪涨停，新易盛、中际旭创等权重涨超3%。
5. 绿电/煤炭（退潮板块）：前期强势方向今日集体补跌。中国核建、中国电建触及跌停，郑州煤电大跌，资金撤离迹象明显，公用事业净流出超61亿。

· 旧周期龙头批量跌停：中南文化、豫能控股、中国电建等前期人气股跌停，绿电、煤炭板块确认进入退潮期，需坚决回避。
· 游资情绪偏冷：虽然指数探底回升，但顶级游资出手意愿仍低，仅紫阳东路单票买入过亿，多数游资观望或兑现，连板晋级率仅25%，短线接力氛围尚未全面回暖。
坚决规避旧周期（绿电、煤炭）的高位补跌风险。在市场整体接力氛围尚未全面修复前，对于连板股的追高仍需谨慎，可更多关注趋势性机会。

自选股奉上，还是老规矩，趋势票不追高；同样，跌破位要离场；
