Shantou Bay Rural Commercial Bank Xiapeng Branch Fined 500,000 Yuan for Inadequate Post-Loan Management and Other Violations
Blue Whale News, March 17 — Recently, the Shantou Regulatory Branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued an administrative penalty, targeting the Xia Peng Branch of Shantou Bay Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and related responsible persons.
The penalty notice shows that the main violations by the Xia Peng Branch of Shantou Bay Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. include inadequate post-loan management and inaccurate loan risk classification.
In response to these issues, the Shantou Regulatory Branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission fined them 500,000 yuan; Zheng Shubiao received a warning.
