X Creator earnings are surprisingly low

I participated in the creator program since September last year, and I remember receiving my first payout through retroactive settlement. At that time, I only earned about $17.

But here's the problem: since then, I've been posting regularly and getting quite a bit of exposure, but I hardly make any income. The steady revenue I initially expected hasn't materialized.
