Watching on-chain whale addresses is really easy to get swept up; the moment I see a big amount, I feel like following, but they might just be hedging, rebalancing, or even moving assets across chains and getting the crossing done as a side job… Put simply, what you’re seeing is the “action,” not the “intent.” I’ll first check whether they’re adding gradually in batches, and whether their position is opening an opposite side at the same time—otherwise jumping in just adds drama to myself.
