Pakistan Says Iran Meeting Aims to Restart U.S. Talks

A Pakistani government official said Pakistani and Iranian officials will meet in Islamabad on April 25 and 26 with restarting talks with the Trump administration as the main goal. The official said a decision on whether to proceed with trilateral talks involving the U.S. will be made after the meeting. Two sources said a U.S. special envoy could meet Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi on April 27.
