Our self-developed next-generation deep-water multifunctional marine engineering vessel was launched in Qidong, Jiangsu, and has fully entered the commissioning and testing phase. The multifunctional marine engineering vessel launched this time is a high-end marine engineering equipment independently developed by China to meet deep-sea development needs. It features a double-layer structure and a streamlined monomer design, with a total length of 126 meters and a beam of 28 meters. The vessel is equipped with a 400-ton nearshore crane, and pre-installed with advanced equipment such as a 3,000-ton cable drum, underwater robots, and underwater trenching machines. Its maximum operational water depth capability reaches 300 meters, enabling unrestricted passage in global sea areas. (CCTV News)
