Iranian military claims to have hit the U.S. Navy's "Lincoln" aircraft carrier with a drone
From Iran, it was reported that on March 5 local time, a spokesperson for the Iranian Armed Forces’ Central Command of the Hatam Anbia said that the U.S. aircraft carrier “Abraham Lincoln” was hit by an Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy drone in the Oman Sea, 340 kilometers from the Iranian waters boundary. The “Abraham Lincoln” aircraft carrier and its destroyer quickly withdrew and have now moved more than 1,000 kilometers away from the area.
