Oil and gas stocks and computer hardware led the gains, with U.S. energy up over 8%, HP up over 7%, Dell Technologies up over 4%, Seagate Technology and Western Oil up over 3%, and Chevron up over 1%. Precious metals and cryptocurrency concept stocks declined the most, with Circle dropping over 9%, Coinbase falling over 7%, U.S. Gold Corporation, Pan American Silver, and Robinhood dropping over 5%.
